Unlock better movement.

Limited mobility can hinder your workouts, increase your risk of injury, and stall your progress. Join us for a hands-on workshop focused on self-myofascial release (SMR) – a powerful technique to improve tissue health, boost performance, and support pain-free movement.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use massage balls and other tools to build a strong foundation in SMR. Discover how tools like foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and massage guns can increase blood flow, enhance tissue extensibility, and unlock your body’s full potential.
