Races & Fun Runs
Treasure Valley Family YMCA Races & Fun Runs embody the Y’s cause by being available for all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. They give adults, children, and families the ability to raise their spirits and their heartbeats through fun and competitive races.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE. At the Y, no one is denied service due to the inability to pay. Funds for Financial Assistance are provided through the YMCA’s Annual Giving Campaign. Learn more here!
If you are pre-qualified for Financial Assistance, please note that some of our programs have minimum fees in order to cover costs of materials and supplies. This fee may be higher depending on your amount of assistance.

The YMCA Christmas Run
‘Tis the season to sparkle! Make this a December to remember with Santa, family, and friends at the YMCA Christmas Run!
Create a new tradition or continue a long-standing one! Celebrate the holiday season as a family by running or walking together. Brave the winter with the YMCA at the Christmas Run!
Join the festivities as Santa starts the race. Wear your holiday costumes for a chance to win the costume contest!
Enjoy the after race with a bagel from Blue Sky Bagels, a photo booth, and much more. Awards will be announced as soon as available in the Boise High School Cafeteria.
This years Christmas Run will take place on Saturday, December 20th
