Healthy habits stick when started at a young age. Our Youth Health & Well-being programs give kids all the tools and support necessary to create lasting foundations that will allow them to be confident, healthy, and happy.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE. At the Y, no one is denied service due to the inability to pay. Funds for Financial Assistance are provided through the YMCA’s Annual Giving Campaign. Learn more here!
If you are pre-qualified for Financial Assistance, please note that some of our programs have minimum fees in order to cover costs of materials and supplies. This fee may be higher depending on your amount of assistance.

Creative Movement and Ballet (Ages 4-5)

Kid's/Teens CrossFit (Ages 8-16)
This 4-week program is designed especially for youth. Using functional fitness and a variety of movement and activities, participants will focus on balance, agility, coordination, speed, stamina, endurance, flexibility, athleticism, and core strength.
Class is held 2 times a week for 40 minutes each session
MARCH HAS 5 WEEKS SO THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES THE WEEK OF SPRING BREAK SO THERE ARE NO CLASSES MARCH 20th and 22nd.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes they can work out in and close-toed shoes.

THRIVE Adaptive Dance
Youth looking for a place to learn and be a part of a fun and exciting team will enjoy this program. Participants will learn body awareness, balance, dance moves, meet new friends, and have an extremely fun time! Participants will practice 2 times per week and perform a structured routine at the end of the block of classes. Uniform included in the fee. Parents are welcome to drop off the participant. Practices will be Saturdays from 10 am-11 am with a Thursday refresher practice evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm

Youth Climbing Classes Ages (7-13)
This 5-week class covers the basic rules and skill development of indoor climbing. Participants will learn about technique improvement and overall climbing skills. Participants must wear closed in toe shoes.
