Join us for fun for the whole family at the Downtown YMCA’s Family Nights! These are held on a Friday once a month (except April and September). Registration is encouraged so we may properly staff and prep activities!

Similar to Kids Night Out, Family Night Out is an opportunity to join in on the FUN with the whole family! FREE for all members!

Come spend quality time together in a fun, safe, and engaging Y environment.

B-I-N-G-O!!! Come play a couple rounds of Bingo while trying to win some fun prizes. Be part of the exciting action! Dinner is included with registration. This is a great opportunity to connect with peers. Everyone goes home with at least 1 prize.

Let’s enjoy some adaptive PE style activities! Through this program, participants will learn the value of a physically active lifestyle. They will expand their knowledge of fitness concepts including flexibility, stamina, strength, and nutrition while getting the opportunity for self-expression and social interaction. Parents can drop off their kids. Financial Assistance is available!
