Party availability at Tomlinson South YMCA

Currently we offer birthday parties Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Pool: Friday 6-8:30pm, Saturday 3-5:30pm, Sunday 3-5:30pm

Family Adventure Zone: Saturday 10:30-1:00pm, Saturday 1-3:30pm, Sunday 10:30-1:00pm, Sunday 1-3:30pm

Parties must be booked two weeks in advance in order to provide staffing. All non-members over the age of 18 will not be let into the building without a valid ID.

During the first hour, party goers will have access to the party room and receive place settings (plate, cups, napkins, utensils) for up to fifteen people including the birthday child. With the help of a birthday host the room will feature the space to eat and open gifts. Families are allowed to bring in a reasonable amount of food, and will be welcomed into the room up to 15 minutes early to place any decorations that do not need to be screwed or nailed to a wall.

Following your time in the party room you will then transition to your featured space. At this time the hosting family will be asked to gather their belongings and gifts so that the room can be prepared for the next event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations accepted up to 7 days in advance for full refund. Cancellations 6 or less days in advance receive 50% refund. Cancellation 24 hours or less before party receive no refund.

Based on room capacities guests will be allowed to join their child in the party. All non-members over the age of 18 will not be let into the building without a valid ID.

Party availability at Caldwell YMCA

Currently we offer birthday parties on Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm-4pm.

Parties must be booked two weeks in advance. All non-members over the age of 18 will need to bring a valid ID for entrance into the facility. They will not be let into the building without a valid ID.

During the first hour, party goers will have access to the party room for up to fifteen youth guest including the birthday child, 25 people max for the room. With the help of a Youth host, the room will feature the space to eat and open gifts. Families are allowed to bring in a reasonable amount of food and drink (no alcoholic beverages allowed), and will be welcomed into the room up to 30 minutes early to place any decorations that do not need to be screwed or nailed to a wall.

Following your time in the party room, you may enter open swim in the aquatic center after aquatics rules have been explained by a lifeguard. All swimmers under the age of 18 will need to take a swimming test.

Based on room capacities guests will be allowed to join their child in the party. All non-members over the age of 18 will not be let into the building without a valid ID.

They will expand their knowledge of fitness concepts including flexibility, stamina, strength, and nutrition while getting the opportunity for self-expression and social interaction.
