Our mission is to provide a fun, engaging, and educational environment where teens can explore their interests, develop new skills, and make lasting friendships. Join us for an exciting culinary adventure where teens can explore the art of cooking and develop essential kitchen skills. Our Teen Culinary Creations class is designed to inspire young chefs aged 12-15, offering a hands-on experience that goes beyond basic cooking techniques. From preparing delicious meals to understanding the importance of nutrition, this class provides a comprehensive introduction to the culinary world.

What to Expect:

  • Hands-On Cooking: Teens will participate in interactive cooking sessions, learning to prepare a variety of dishes from appetizers to desserts.
  • Nutritional Education: Gain insights into the nutritional value of different ingredients and learn how to make healthy food choices.
  • Culinary Techniques: Master essential cooking techniques, including chopping, sautéing, baking, and more.

July: Homemade Ravioli with a four-cheese filling.
August: Chicken Pot Pie, the class participants will be taking their pies home as a “take and bake”. We will be making one in class together.
September: Spicy Grilled Shrimp with rice and a stir-fry veggie.
October: Potato Soup in bread bowl.
November: Chicken Enchiladas
December: Rack of Lamb with red potatoes and green beans
January: Homemade Pizza
