Yoga Workshop: Movement, Breathwork, Meditation

Join us for a special workshop that explores a variety of yoga practices rooted in the ancient teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. We’ll begin by gently moving the body through a series of postures (asanas) to help release tension and prepare for stillness. Once the body is ready, we’ll explore breathing exercises (pranayama) and conclude with a peaceful seated meditation. This workshop is open to all, regardless of experience level, and is designed to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and open the heart. Everyone is welcome!
