Join us for an exciting 5-day, 4-night outdoor learning experience at YMCA Camp at Horsethief Reservoir.  This program is designed for homeschool students grades 3-5 and their parents.  Students will be immersed in learning about our local watershed, forest and fire ecology, wildlife and tracking, and aquatic ecosystems through place-based inquiry.  Students will also have opportunities to push themselves physically and emotionally on our challenge course, zipline, and one-of-a-kind climbing tower in the shape of Idaho.  While students are learning, parents will have the opportunity to further develop their teaching skill through observation and reflection, collaboration with other homeschool parents, and specialty teaching workshops.
