Intro to Dance
This class blends creative movement with the basics of rhythm, balance, and coordination to help dancers build confidence and body awareness. Through imaginative activities and age-appropriate choreography, students explore different dance styles in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Perfect for beginners who are just discovering their love for dance!

Intro to Dance 3-5yrs
This class is a fun and engaging introduction to dance for young movers! Dancers will explore basic movements from ballet and creative dance while building coordination, balance, rhythm, and listening skills. Classes focus on following directions, taking turns, and moving confidently in a supportive and playful environment. Music, imagination, and simple choreography are used to keep little dancers excited and smiling while developing a strong foundation for future dance classes.

Intro to Dance: (Ages 6-9)
This program introduces children to the art of dance in a fun, expressive environment with the goal of setting a strong foundation of dance fundamentals! They will learn basic dance techniques and movements through a variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. Instructors will teach and review dance terms to help build the children’s vocabulary and understanding of each movement.

They will learn basic dance techniques and movements through a variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. Instructors will teach and review dance terms to help build the children’s vocabulary and understanding of each movement. Each class will end in free creative dance time for the children to practice what they learned, connect with their peers, and build confidence in self-expression!
