Artistic Swimming
Artistic swimming, also known as synchronized swimming, is a sport that combines swimming, gymnastics, and ballet in the water. Swimmers learn to float and control their bodies, move to the rhythm of music, and perform flips and other basic tricks while staying synchronized with their teammates.
Athletes practice spins, figures, and creative choreography while also improving swimming skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, and breath control. Beyond physical skills, the sport builds confidence, teamwork, and comfort in the water—all in a fun and supportive environment.
Sapphire - Level 1 (6-8yo)
Welcome to artistic swimming! Joining our Sapphire Group (Level 1) focuses on building water confidence and learning the basic skills of the sport. We will practice introductory figures and develop coordination and rhythm. This course is perfect for athletes who love the water and want to try a new sport!
