• The start of each class will begin with the basics of ballet. Children will learn fundamental ballet positions, movements, and terminology. Children work on their balance, flexibility, coordination, and posture.

• In this portion of class, children will learn about rhythmic expression and movement improvisation.

This program introduces children to the art of dance in a fun, expressive environment with the goal of setting a strong foundation of dance fundamentals!  They will learn basic dance techniques and movements through a variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. Instructors will teach and review dance terms to help build the children’s vocabulary and understanding of each movement. Each class will end in free creative dance time for the children to practice what they learned, connect with their peers, and build confidence in self-expression!

This class helps young dancers develop coordination, balance, and musicality in a supportive, imaginative setting. Perfect for beginners and those exploring dance for the first time.

This beginner-level ballet class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of classical ballet in a fun and encouraging environment. Students will learn basic positions, barre exercises, and center work while developing coordination, balance, flexibility, and musicality. Our Basic Acro class bridges the gap between Basic and Intermediate levels, helping students build confidence as they progress. This class focuses on refining foundational skills while introducing new challenges like backbend kick overs, handstand holds, and limbers. It’s perfect for students ready to move beyond the basics but not quite ready for full intermediate work.

Pom & Stunt is an exciting, high-energy class where kids develop strength, agility, and confidence through stunts, tumbling, and performance movement. Participants will learn proper techniques for partner stunts, dynamic jumps, and controlled falls while improving coordination and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.

Cheer & Stunt Squad Prep is a month-to-month class designed for anyone curious about cheerleading. Whether you join for the whole summer or just one month, it’s a great way to learn basic motions, jumps, and stunts while deciding if cheer is right for you. This class is the perfect warm-up for our full cheer season starting this fall!

Get ready to cheer loud and proud! Our beginner Cheer and Stunt program introduces kids ages 7-10 to the fundamentals of cheerleading, teamwork, and spirit in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Dancers will learn basic chants, motions, jumps, stunts, and simple routines while building confidence and coordination.

In this fun and engaging class, children will learn foundational movements like forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and basic beam and mat skills. Our experienced instructors will provide individualized guidance and encourage each child to reach new goals in a safe, supportive environment. Tumble Starz is a perfect way to boost confidence, improve motor skills, and introduce teamwork—all while having a blast!

This beginner class focuses on skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, and back walkovers on a padded surface. Strength, flexibility, and balance will be taught in a controlled and safe environment. No prior experience is necessary.
